We have all been there; we work with a buyer who is “pre-qualified”. We take them out to look at 10, 15, 20 properties. We spend countless hours of our time. Finally we find the perfect house for them, negotiate the contract, begin down the road of inspections, repairs, attorneys, etc only to hit a brick wall when the mortgage broker comes back and says . . . . “they don’t qualify for the loan, their credit score is too low
